| Q. |
I can't use my old Xpress Pay password. Why?
|
| |
| A. |
With the April 2007 Xpress Pay release, we reset all passwords to ensure that we meet more stringent password security requirements. Security requirements for Xpress Pay will have to change periodically as online best practices continue to evolve. The new requirement for an Xpress Pay password is that it must be between 8 and 32 characters in length and it must contain at least one letter (A-Z) and at least one number (0-9).

| |
| Q. |
When enrolling in Xpress Pay, I’m being asked to provide a security question and answer. What is this?
|
| |
| A. |
Similar to the new password requirements, the security and answer feature is used quite commonly on websites that require a user log-in. You have probably already seen this feature on other financial services sites like your bank or credit card company websites. This feature provides additional access security protection since it requires that you provide the answer to the security question before being allowed to change your Xpress Pay password. You should input a question that only you know the answer to (e.g. what street did I grow up on, what is my mother’s maiden name, what was the first car I owned, etc.).

I'm receiving an error message while trying to access the site?
|
| |
| A. |
Errors received while browsing Internet applications can be caused by a variety of reasons. One reason may be that the version of the web browser (likely Internet Explorer) you are using is not current enough to successfully access the site. If you continue to have problems while trying to visit a page on afcdealer.com, please do a browser check at this site to confirm the browser version that you are using. As a general rule, if you are using Internet Explorer, you should be on version 6.0 or higher.
