VIP - Vehicle Inventory Protection

AFC proudly endorses use of the VIP plan by all of its floorplanned dealers, as it is competitively priced and provides broad protection. The VIP plan covers all vehicle inventory on which AFC is committed to provide floor plan financing. Coverage begins when flooring starts and continues until the property is sold, delivered to a conditional buyer or otherwise disposed of by the dealer, or until AFC is paid off, whichever occurs first. You are covered against all risks of physical loss or damage including:

Comprehensive (flood, earthquake, windstorm, hail, theft, fire and lightening)
Collision (including upset or overturn)

The VIP plan will pay the cost to replace or reasonably restore the vehicle to the condition it was in just prior to loss, up to the principal amount borrowed from AFC, inclusive of accrued floor plan interest, insurance and other financing charges (late fees excluded). The plan also covers vehicle accessories and betterments not financed by AFC up to a maximum of $500.

No insurance charges are payable until a curtailment is made or the vehicle is paid off.

Xpress Pay

Save time and money in managing your AFC account by signing up for our free, online payment system, Xpress Pay.

AFC Dealers, who are registered as Xpress Pay users, are able to complete account transactions from the comfort of their own dealership or home office.

Xpress Pay -

Available free of charge to all AFC Dealers with US Retail Floorplan lines of credit.
Payments are securely transacted electronically through Wells Fargo and applied to your AFC account in real time.

To initiate a transaction through Xpress Pay, you must log on to your AFC Dealer account and select Xpress Pay from the dealer access only menu.

F & I Service
